After working over 11 years in the public sector, Sonia grew frustrated with seeing the same issues over and over plaguing organizations and limiting their success and reach to the community. Daniels Consulting, LLC to provide public sector organizations and small businesses with guidance on how to efficiently work through roadblocks and impact positive change.
Sonia is a first-generation business owner and hopes to encourage and inspire others to step outside of their comfort zones and achieve their wildest dreams. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling abroad, exploring the outdoors, and trying new foods.
