Consultant-Contract (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SDC's CEO to develop high-quality proposals that generate new leads and build out the firm's pipeline for new business.

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for clients to achieve their long-term goals.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.

• Design training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of client teams.

• Conduct research and evaluation activities to assess client program effectiveness and impact.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, and/or Consulting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development, strategic planning, project management, training and development, and research and evaluation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace Suite, Asana, Canva, SurveyMonkey or similar survey tools, Salesforce and other "tech-for-good" softwares).
