Responsibilities:
Support consulting teams in executing projects for nonprofit clients, contributing to research, analysis, and strategy development.
Conduct data collection, market research, and stakeholder interviews to inform project recommendations.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
Collaborate with team members to identify innovative solutions to social impact challenges.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in the nonprofit and social impact sector.
Engage in internal initiatives to contribute to the company's commitment to social responsibility.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in a field related to social impact, nonprofit management, or business.
Genuine interest in social impact, corporate social responsibility, and nonprofit sector dynamics.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience or coursework related to social impact or nonprofit management is an asset.

Work Schedule & Location: The candidate should be comfortable working remotely and have the flexibility to work between 5-20 hours a week. Some travel may be required in the future but will be discussed in advance.
