In 2017, S. Daniels Consulting was founded with a deep commitment to community service, driven by a desire to create transformative leadership and mindset mastery for individuals and organizations. Our founder, a first-generation business owner, understood firsthand the importance of empowerment, resilience, and personal development—not only for success in business, but for success in life.
What began as a small consultancy focused on strategic planning and organizational development soon evolved into a mission to shift the way leaders think and lead. With more than a decade of consulting expertise and over fifteen years in social innovation, government, and technology for good, Dr. Daniels has partnered with high-growth nonprofits, philanthropic institutions, and mission-driven enterprises to navigate complexity, align strategy with purpose, and engineer the infrastructure required for sustainable success.
