A first-generation college graduate turned first-generation founder and business owner, I move with both precision and presence, grounded in purpose, yet unafraid to disrupt.

Based in Baton Rouge, I lead SDC, a solo-practice firm that fuses mindset mastery with razor-sharp strategy to help mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs scale with soul. With 15+ years of experience in public policy, nonprofit management, and senior operations, I have become the go-to advisor for those serious about transforming systems, not just surviving them.

An alumna of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, the University of New Orleans, and Southern University and A&M College, I have also sharpened my business edge through elite executive education, including Goldman Sachs’ Black in Business and Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business.
