Challenge:
The Alumni Association needed a strategic plan to guide its growth and activities. Midway through the project, an unexpected challenge arose: tensions with the local metro council that required a major shift from high-level strategic planning to more immediate tactical action.

-Facilitated early planning sessions to define the Association’s long-term vision, goals, and values.
-Shifted mid-project from strategic planning to tactical planning to address urgent external challenges.
-Provided coaching and action-oriented support to help the Association adapt in real time without losing momentum.

-Developed a clear, actionable roadmap for building and sustaining the Alumni Association.
-Strengthened the group’s ability to adapt to external pressures while staying mission-focused.
-Created alignment among leadership, providing a renewed sense of purpose and direction for future growth.
